Ever Eat Purslane?

Purslane is a common plant that seems to stands out in the heat of the summer. But this year, instead of yanking and tossing it in the compost pile, why not harvest it and try it in a salad?

It has a slight peppery taste, similar to Nasturtium and when young, is actually quite tasty~
